At Sisagon, each product is made on demand with special care, combining technology and design from Chile to the world.

🌍 Custom International Production:

• All our products are individually manufactured as soon as your order is placed.
• We work with trusted suppliers, primarily located in the United States, who handle the production, printing, and direct shipping.

⏳ Production Times:

• Custom production takes approximately 3 to 7 business days.
• During high-demand seasons (such as holidays or major events), processing times may be slightly longer.

✈️ National and International Shipping:

• Products are shipped directly from the supplier’s country (mainly the U.S.).
• Shipping to Chile: Estimated total time (production + delivery) is 10 to 20 business days.
• Shipping to other countries is available depending on the provider.

📦 Order Tracking:

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow the status of your package at any time.

📌 Important Notes:

• Some orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon arrival, depending on your local laws. These are beyond Sisagon’s control.
• Due to our print-on-demand model, we do not keep local stock or operate from warehouses (yet).
